When Shep Smith is admonishing Trace Gallagher in that viral "we do not f****** torture" clip I posted below, he's actually playing unhinged cop to former Judge Andrew Napolitano's somewhat more reserved argument about the illegality of the Jay Bybee memos. The Judge has a pretty solid--and damning--analysis of the torture memos buried away on the Fox News website. The article has garnered nearly 2,500 comments, none of which--surprisingly?-- has been flagged for anything but awesomeness.
